Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. This includes return transit times to our warehouse.
  • Items must be in new and unworn condition, as well as being in their original packaging and have all the original tags attached. Returns with signs of use will be rejected.
  • Any sign of wear including the scent of deodorant and perfume; or animal hair will result in the return being rejected.
  • If you have requested an exchange for an item which is more expensive than your returned item, your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for your desired product.
  • Returns can take up to 7 days to be processed. During normal periods returns are usually processed quicker than this, but it is not guaranteed.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be available in your account, depending on which form of payment you have used.
  • Any SALE items can only be returned for an exchange. Refunds will not be offered.
  • Orders paid using an e-Gift card will be refunded in the form of another e-Gift card. No cash refund will be given.
  • We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post as these remain your responsibility until they have reached us.
  • The cost of returning any items is your responsibility unless we have previously agreed otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to return the item to you based on any of the terms outlined in our policy. Goods will be returned to you in the same condition they are received in.
  • Whilst every effort will be made to replace any stock with like for like products, under certain circumstances your preferred item may not be in stock. In these instances Dem Socks reserves the right to issue a refund or a credit of the value of the return item.
